About The Position

The Sr. Account Executive will be responsible for developing strong client relationships and providing leadership to assigned clients regarding project implementation. This role involves interfacing with internal agency departments and clients to advise on the status of ongoing projects, ensuring smooth cooperation between resources, and managing the flow of projects to keep them on time and on budget. The position also includes participating in brainstorming and planning sessions, managing digital jobs, performing research, opening and tracking jobs, managing budgets, conducting status meetings, and coordinating activities with the agency team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Account Executive/Project Management work in a traditional or interactive agency.
  • Experience working with and managing creative and production teams.
  • Thorough understanding of creative development and production process for both traditional and interactive media-based programs.
  • Experience estimating, tracking, and managing multi-phase project budgets.
  • Exceptional time management, attention to detail, proofreading and organizational skills.
  • Experience in assisting with the development of client presentations in Keynote.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Docs and working in a Mac environment.
  • Willingness to travel for business.

  • CPG client experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Performing general research about the client’s products or services and benchmarking against competitors.
  • Opening jobs, tracking jobs through to completion, reviewing and monitoring/managing budgets for all client work.
  • Conducting status meetings with internal team and client.
  • Coordinating all activities with the agency team and providing ongoing direction and status.
  • Performing other related duties as required and assigned by account group supervisor.
