About The Position

As the Senior Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating day-to-day order issues, managing order processing, and other operations. With a strong focus on process improvement, training, process documentation, and collaboration. Senior Account Coordinators are expected to create relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners both externally, and internally.

Requirements

  • Successful tenure as an Account Coordinator
  • Must be able to juggle multiple priorities and solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Must be flexible to work extended hours and/or weekends to meet project deadlines.
  • Must be organized, reliable, conscientious, flexible, and skilled at multi-tasking, work effectively under pressure and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, inventory, order processing, project management, and database software.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Must demonstrate positive attitude, able to handle self professionally in a high stress situation.
  • Experience in multiple client’s needs and nuances.

Responsibilities

  • Help manage workload and expectations for a mix of major and indie clients, internally and externally.
  • Subject matter expert in Mastering or Distribution.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Maintain professional and positive working relationships with internal associates and studio representatives to maintain information flow.
  • Help oversee contingent workforce to ensure orders are delivered accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure deliverable due dates are reached on time and escalate if order is in jeopardy of not being delivered by deadline.
  • Proactively identify and escalate potential issues/problems with projects in process and formulate response and solution.
  • Assist in the creation of policies and procedures to improve the quality of deliverables.
  • Learn and adhere to workflows and procedures, and remain up to date with changes.
  • Help team to stay up-to-date on workflow / process changes
  • Understand the billing with ability to accurately update each order.
  • Adhere and align on goals and progress with Leadership.
  • Learn and adhere to workflows and procedures with ability to train team members on workflows / processes.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality of Deluxe and sensitive client information.
  • Special projects/other duties as assigned.
