Performs new business development of asset-based loans to middle-market companies. Develops the prospective customer, analyzes the deal, makes a proposal by properly structuring and pricing the transaction opposite the perceived credit risk, writes a credit memorandum for approval from senior management, and successfully closes the transaction by working with the Bank's legal counsel to document the deal. Develops and maintains referral source contacts including accountants, attorneys, equity/mezzanine sources, correspondents, and affiliates.
