We are currently searching for a SQL Support Analyst: Responsibilities: Manage job scheduling and log analysis using Control-M to ensure batch processing stability. Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines within DataStage , identifying and resolving execution failures. Perform database queries using SQL (selects and subqueries) to validate data and support troubleshooting efforts. Execute file management tasks and remote server operations using FileZilla, WinSCP, and Putty . Maintain incident and task records within ServiceNow , ensuring timely resolution of support tickets. Develop and maintain Shell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency. Provide weekend and rotational shift coverage , ensuring support during CST business hours. Requirements: 3 to 4 years of experience in IT support, batch monitoring, or database operations. Proficiency in Control-M for scheduling and operational monitoring. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow for professional incident and task management. Functional SQL knowledge , specifically for data retrieval and analysis. Practical knowledge of Shell scripting in Unix/Linux environments. Hands-on experience with file transfer protocols and tools (WinSCP, FileZilla, Putty). Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays and adapt to rotational shifts (CST time zone). Desired: Familiarity with DataStage for pipeline monitoring. Experience in high-availability production support environments. Languages Advanced Oral English. Advanced Spanish. Note: On-site.
