About The Position

This individual contributor position is responsible for in-depth development of business analytics solutions. This role includes working in collaboration with business stakeholders, other developers, engineers, and analysts to develop data driven solutions. This is a position that involves gathering requirements, preparing project plans and documentation, combining data from multiple sources, creating new datasets to support downstream reports and analytics and managing customer expectations.

Requirements

5-7 years of analytics experience with advanced SQL programming ability in a data warehouse or big data analytics environment (Stored procedures, SQL functions, CTE’s, nested queries, etc).
Experience developing datasets, tables and views to support downstream reporting/analytics.
Well-versed in data modeling concepts (dimensional/fact, cardinality, normalization, etc).
Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
Strong collaboration and communication skills within and across teams.
Experience creating/maintaining SSRS reports.
Healthcare industry experience, including familiarity with healthcare data, reporting, or analytics environments.
Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-based data solutions.
Located to be in Eastern or Central time zone in USA.

Nice To Haves

Experience managing and deploying code with Github.
Experience conducting analysis and working with healthcare claims and services data.
Experience with Python.
