Requirements
- Around 8+ years of experience in Oracle cloud or on-prem enterprise environment
- Hands-on experience with PL/SQL development including triggers, types, procedures, functions.
- Expert on writing and modify extremely complex SQL queries.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Advanced Queues, Oracle Job Scheduler
- Strong knowledge of programming changes needed for RAC vs non-RAC implementations.
- Prior work experience in an agile environment and experience with DevOps
- Experience with 'Security by Design' and the 10 security principles (Defense in depth, Secure by default, least privilege, Separation of duties, Minimize attack surface, complete mediation, open design, isolated compartments, Evidence production, and Application coding best practices)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Responsibilities
- Design system level features.
- Convert design documents into working applications
- Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Agile, DevOps, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Unit/automated testing
- Assess application performance leveraging strong knowledge of performance parameters
