Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as an SQA Engineer or similar role in the software industry.
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
Proficiency with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or equivalent.
Experience with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA or TestRail.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software products.
Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs and ensure software functionality meets specifications.
Collaborate with software developers and product teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential quality issues.
Track, report, and manage defects using issue tracking tools and follow through on resolution.
Participate in design reviews and contribute to testability improvements across the development lifecycle.
Maintain automation scripts and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
Continuously analyze and improve testing processes, methodologies, and quality standards.
