About The Position

Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma is hiring a Sprinter Technician to join their service team. Requirements

1 year of automotive experience.
ASE certifications are ideal.
Strong automotive background
Strong teamwork skills
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Ability to meet production expectations in a flat-rate environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous automotive technician experience
Diagnostic and mechanical repair experience
Mercedes-Benz, Sprinter, diesel, or European vehicle experience is preferred but not required
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans
Perform maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services
Complete mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic repairs
Inspect vehicles and accurately document repair recommendations
Work closely with the parts and service teams to support efficient repairs
Maintain quality workmanship while meeting production expectations
Follow Mercedes-Benz repair procedures and safety standards
