About The Position

VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is seeking Sprinter/Cargo Van owner-operators for independent contract agreements. We offer competitive and negotiable rates, a large volume of loads, and personalized load matching based on your preferences. Our experienced dispatchers have extensive broker contacts to ensure you receive suitable loads. Payment is processed within 3-5 business days, with a quick pay option available for a 3% fee. We operate Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Own Sprinter or Cargo Van.
• Must be a US citizen, resident, green card, or work authorization holder.
• You and your drivers must be at least 21 years of age.
• You and your drivers must speak, understand, and read basic English.
• All drivers must be approved, accepted, and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER.
• Sprinter must not be older than 2016.
• All vehicles must have a minimum of 4 straps and PPE.
• All decals must be removed.
• Minimum of 6 months of driving experience.
• Vehicle registration and insurance must be provided.

Nice To Haves

• Russian language skills.
• Hazmat certificate.
• TSA/TWIC certificate.

Responsibilities

• Operate your own Sprinter or Cargo Van.
• Accept and execute loads based on preferences.
• Maintain vehicle registration and insurance.
• Ensure vehicle meets all requirements, including straps and PPE.
• Remove all company decals before operating.
• Inform the company of any vehicle modifications before use.

Benefits

• Competitive rates: Sprinters (long miles, good areas): $0.85 - $1.35 per mile; (long miles, bad areas): $0.85 - $1.10 per mile.
