About The Position

VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is seeking Sprinter/Cargo Van owner-operators for an independent contract agreement. We offer competitive and negotiable rates, a large number of loads, and personalized load assignments based on your preferences. Our experienced dispatchers have extensive broker contacts to ensure you receive suitable loads. Payment is processed within 3-5 business days, with a quick pay option available for a 3% fee. We operate Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Own vehicle (Sprinter/Cargo Van).
• US citizen, resident, green card, or work authorization holder.
• At least 21 years of age (for owner and drivers).
• Ability to speak, understand, and read basic English.
• Sprinter vehicle not older than 2016.
• Vehicle must have a minimum of 4 straps and PPE.
• Decals must be removed from the vehicle.
• Inform company of any vehicle modifications before use.
• Provide vehicle registration and insurance.
• Minimum of 6 months of driving experience.
• Approved, accepted, and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER.

Nice To Haves

• Russian speakers are also hired.
• Hazmat certificate.
• TSA/TWIC.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Sprinter or Cargo Van as an owner-operator.
• Accept and deliver loads based on preferences.
• Maintain vehicle registration and insurance.
• Ensure vehicle meets all requirements, including straps and PPE.
• Communicate any vehicle modifications to the company.
• Ensure drivers are at least 21 years of age.
• Ensure drivers can understand and read basic English.

Benefits

• Competitive rates: Sprinters (long miles, good areas): $0.85 - $1.35 per mile, (long miles, bad areas): $0.85 - $1.10 per mile.
