As a Service Sprinkler Superintendent, you’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader ensuring the success of repairs, inspections, and management of sprinkler systems on commercial and residential sites. This is a key leadership position responsible for job execution, crew supervision, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in fire sprinkler installation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or superintendent role
- Strong understanding of NFPA codes and local fire protection regulations
- Proven ability to manage crews and multiple job sites simultaneously
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Commitment to safety, quality, and excellence in all work
Nice To Haves
- NICET certification preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Oversee all field operations for the sprinkler service team
- Manage jobs, schedules, manpower, materials, and coordination with others
- Ensure work is performed to code, on time, and within budget
- Provide leadership and mentorship to field teams and foremen
- Maintain strong communication with project managers, general contractors, and clients
- Monitor jobsite safety and enforce company safety protocols
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-the-spot solutions
- Perform quality control inspections and ensure documentation is complete
