Sprinkler Inspector

Requirements
- 5 - 10 years minimum of documented experience in sprinkler systems
- RME-I License (Texas Department of Insurance requirement)
- Experience with wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and foam systems
- Ability to read & interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
- Skilled with hand tools and multi-meters
- Physical ability to lift/move 50-70 lbs & work in challenging spaces (ladders, scaffolding, crawl spaces, ceilings)
- Flexibility to work on-call, nights, weekends, and travel as needed
- Valid driver's license & acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background & drug test
- Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and quick learner
Nice To Haves

- Backflow Certification
- NICET Level II Certification
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of life safety products (and competitive brands)
- Work with low voltage wiring and associated devices
- Complete and archive inspection documentation via laptop
- Make minor repairs and programming changes under supervision
- Follow a structured inspection schedule and complete assignments on time
- Read & interpret blueprints, diagrams, and manuals
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
- Always follow safety guidelines and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned.
