About The Position

Ryan Fire Protection is hiring Apprentices for our five-year, paid training program. You’ll get hands-on experience in the field, complete 19 courses through a nationally recognized university, and earn regular raises every 6 months. The program offers a clear path for career advancement, with opportunities to become a Foreman. Starting pay is $27.64/hour, with potential for a higher starting wage based on qualifications such as a bachelor's degree, military experience, or experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or other commercial construction trades. Top foreman pay can reach $56/hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass a drug test and physical.
• Willingness to travel.
• Must not be afraid of heights (tied-off in a boom lift).
• Basic construction knowledge and tool skills.
• Ability to work at heights (tied-off in a boom lift).
• Physically fit to perform the work.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree
• Military experience
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or other commercial construction trades.
