Baldwin Farm at Camp Twin Lakes (CTL) provides farm-based educational programming for campers and grows fruit and vegetables for programs and dining hall use. Located on more than 125 acres, the farm offers an adaptive environment where campers reconnect with the earth and learn about gardening, cooking, and animals. Activities may include tasting produce, cooking in an outdoor teaching kitchen, observing bees in a beehive, and learning about wool fiber. The Spring Farm Program Leader develops skills in creative thinking, facilitating small and large groups, working independently and collaboratively, adapting to changes, and time management. The role supports the success of CTL’s programs and offers professional development relevant to agricultural education and sustainable agriculture.
