About The Position
As a Spray Technician, Weekend Nights, you will join our Paint Process Laboratory team. You will work with advanced spray equipment and robotics to test and evaluate coatings used in real-world applications. You will report to the Applications Supervisor and work onsite in Cleveland, OH. NO Prior Experience Necessary. Paid Training. This shift is Friday through Monday from 5pm to 3:30am.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic computer skills required
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to preform physical tasks (standing, lifting, bending, twisting, stooping, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate spray equipment following standard procedures
- Run paint applications tests using automated and robotic systems, spray and test samples of paint from production
- Record process settings and test results using computer systems
- Analyze and communicate detailed observations
- Follow all safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized lab (5S standards)
- Enter data into applications logs
