About The Position
Surface Experts is a national franchise looking to grow its local team in Salt Lake City. They are seeking a Spray Painter for tubs and counter tops. The company's mission is to develop outstanding teams by investing in strong relationships and solving customer problems by reducing waste. They aim to establish a national market for surface repair as an alternative to replacement. This role is a field technician position where both men and women can excel, provided they meet certain requirements for skill set and quick learning.
Requirements
- Spray painting and/or color matching experience
- Paint spraying experience utilizing various finishes
- Ability to use judgment in obtaining desired finish
- Understanding color and how to match color
- Not color blind
- Ability to make at least a 2-year commitment
- Attention to detail
- Commitment to meet project timelines
- Excellent work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Use of HVLP Turbines and Systems
