Miller Industries is seeking a Spray Foam Installer to work on our 1st Shift at our North Park Location in Fenton, MI. The hours are 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday, with overtime as required on the weekends. The position pays a competitive hourly rate. Requirements

High School diploma or GED
1 year of experience performing spray foam installation preferred.
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
Excellent attention to detail.
Work independently and/or with a crew.
Work in safely in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Ability to wear a respirator as required for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

Install spray polyurethane foam insulation in industrial air handling units and related products.
Prepare work areas and equipment before application, including checking units for blocking needs and inspecting the spray foam machine for oil, belts, and obstructions.
Operate spray foam equipment safely and accurately, including spray guns, hoses, and injection equipment used to apply insulation.
Wear required respirator and personal protective equipment while spraying and working around insulation materials.
Operate a scissor lift as needed to access work areas.
Carry and control spray foam hoses up to 150 feet long and weighing up to 56 lbs. during application.
Check foam density in wall areas and verify work meets quality, safety, and building code standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
