Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license (if operating a vehicle for company purposes).
- Proven experience in spray foam installation.
- Ability to perform prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
- Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with other building materials such as fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, and home wrap.
Responsibilities
- Install company products according to work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
- Install products including insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other company-sold products.
- Review daily work schedules and ensure trucks are loaded with necessary products, tools, and equipment.
- Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
- Safely unload and stage material at job sites.
- Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
- Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
- Complete any other assigned duties, tasks, or responsibilities.
