About The Position

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!! This is a train-to-hire position with a good training program. The company is family-owned and offers career growth opportunities, promoting from within. The role involves operating a spray dryer that dehydrates liquid flavor into a concentrated powder, with product examples including Crystal Light and Kool-Aid. Operators will load raw material into the machine, set it up to run, and monitor the batch. They will use various tools to measure humidity and temperature. The job requires lifting ingredient bags that weigh 50lbs consistently throughout the day. While the role is primarily independent, it is part of a team. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, enjoys taking things apart, building, or working on cars, and can effectively communicate equipment issues to maintenance.

Requirements

• Pass drug test
• Pass a 50 lb lift test
• Requires a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Load raw material into machine and set up to run. Then monitor the batch
• Use different tool of measure (humidity, temp)
• Ingredient bags are 50lbs; this will be fairly consistent throughout the day.
• Mechanically inclined; Like to take things apart, build, work on cars
• Equipment is a bit sensitive, so operators need to be able to direct maintenance in the right direction of where to look at the issue.
