About The Position

Our distribution center is looking for Spotters (Non-CDL or CDL-B) to make an impact and support our operations by ensuring the timely movement and positioning of trailers to facilitate warehouse needs. Spotters are critical to maintaining efficient workflow and safety standards, working independently to provide superior service and the Ace Helpful experience on the yard. With Safety as our number one priority, Ace is committed to maintaining a safe, healthy, and injury-free environment for all team members by supporting the latest and greatest safety programs and initiatives and practicing continuous improvement as new advancements become available. In addition, Spotters are equipped with industry-leading tools and equipment before starting their shift.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license (CDL-B preferred for applicable roles)
Minimum of 1 year yard spotter experience preferred
No suspensions, revocations, or convictions of reckless driving in the past 3 years

Nice To Haves

Applicants with less experience may qualify for an accelerated comprehensive training program
