About The Position

Revolution is seeking a reliable and safety focused Spot Driver to join our Terre Haute team. This position plays a critical role in supporting plant operations by safely transporting trailers, materials, and finished goods between company facilities and nearby warehouses. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to safety.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
Clean and insurable driving record required.
Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience required.
At least 6 months of experience in a driving a manual transmission truck.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Ability to safely operate tractor trailers and trailer dollies.
Strong attention to safety, detail, and compliance requirements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Safely move trailers, materials, and products between Revolution facilities and designated warehouse locations.
Perform trailer spotting activities to support production and shipping operations.
Conduct pre trip and post trip inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
Operate trailer dollies and other equipment as required.
Provide cross training and support for other Spot Drivers as needed.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Comply with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
Support plant operations and perform other duties as assigned.
