About The Position
William Hill U.S., America's leading sports book provider, has immediate openings for a Sportsbook Ticket Writer. This role reports to the Sportsbook Manager and serves as the face of the retail operation. The primary responsibility is to provide a high level of customer service to all patrons, ensuring they feel welcome. The Ticket Writer will act as an expert on the menu of sports betting options, advising customers and answering questions to help them make informed, responsible decisions regarding sports wagering.
