About The Position

Reporting to the Sportsbook Manager, the Ticket Writer will be the face of the retail operation, providing a high level of customer service to both regulars and novice bettors, ensuring everyone feels welcome. As an expert in the menu of sports betting options, the Ticket Writer will advise and answer customer questions to help them make informed, responsible decisions with their sports wagering.
