About The Position

William Hill, America's leading sports book provider, has an immediate opening at its sports book. This role is for a full-time Sportsbook Supervisor in Council Bluffs, IA. The ideal candidate loves interacting with the public and thrives in a fast-paced work environment. Reporting to the District Manager, the Sportsbook Supervisor will be the face of the retail operation, providing a high level of customer service to both regulars and novice bettors to ensure everyone feels welcome. As an expert in the menu of sports betting options, the supervisor will advise and answer customer questions to help them make informed, responsible decisions with their sports wagering.
