About The Position
William Hill, America's leading sports book provider, has an immediate opening at its sports book. This role is for a full-time Sportsbook Supervisor. The ideal candidate loves interacting with the public and thrives in a fast-paced work environment. Reporting to the District Manager, the supervisor will be the face of the retail operation, providing a high level of customer service to both regulars and novice bettors to ensure everyone feels welcome. The supervisor will act as an expert on the menu of sports betting options, advising and answering customer questions to help them make informed, responsible decisions with their sports wagering.
