About The Position
SPORTSBOOK WRITER: Provides excellent service to customers who place a bet in the Sportsbook area. Ensure that all customers understand the various types of wagers, displays patience with novice customers, and engages in friendly conversations with all customers. SPORTSBOOK SUPERVISOR: Responsible for assisting Sportsbook Manager in the day to day operations of the Sportsbook, be a brand ambassador for Caesars Entertainment, provide excellent customer service, Coach employees, and ensuring compliance with all departmental policies and procedures.
