Requirements

Service and hospitality oriented
Must possess strong numerical and analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Must comply with all policies and procedures related to BSA/OFAC and the Anti-Money Laundering Act, as well as PRTC regulations.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license, pass a background check, and be willing to work in a secure and restricted environment.
Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods.
Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Full proficiency in Spanish and English (bilingual).

Nice To Haves

Experience with counting machines and basic computer software knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and fulfill guest service needs, and thank guests with a genuine display of appreciation.
The cashier performs a variety of administrative tasks and other functions that, while not accounting, are essential to the operation of the casino.
Process daily cash deposit from tables and slot machines.
Process daily cash deposits.
Reconcile ticket-in/ticket-out (TITO) reports.
Comply with federal requirements related to Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism, including CTRC, SARC, Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List, BSA, FTC, OFAC, and the Privacy of Information Act.
Comply with all gaming regulations and internal controls to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
Follow all security protocols to ensure the integrity and safety of the count room and its operations.
Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information; protect company assets.
Comply with all company and safety policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the manager; and complete safety training and certifications.
Perform other reasonable functions as assigned by your supervisor.
