About The Position

Under the direction of the Sportsbook Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for working within a team to exceed customer satisfaction expectations and enhancing the player experience by providing professional, accurate and timely assistance for all matters related to the player’s interaction with the Sportsbook and its related products.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to obtain a gaming license.
Must be able to stand for an entire shift.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally.
Must have basic math skills.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a customer service or cash handling role.
Knowledge of sports and sports betting.
Bilingual abilities.

Responsibilities

Record wager requests from patrons and input them into the wagering system
Manage a cash drawer for taking wagers and making payouts and reconcile this drawer
Commit to detecting and advising customers at risk of potential responsible gaming issues
Effectively communicate T’s & C’s to customers regarding wagering rules and policy’s
Promote and educate patrons on the availability of all sports related products and wager types
Other duties as assigned
