About The Position

A private family in Dubai is hiring a sports physiotherapist for a permanent, live-in appointment. The clinician provides one-to-one care at the family’s residence and while travelling with them across several countries, maintaining continuity of care. The programme is led by neuromuscular movement control and corrective exercise, with movement analysis guiding treatment choices. Other methods include soft tissue release, joint mobilisation, proprioception and balance training; strength and conditioning has a smaller role. The role is single-status, so the clinician must relocate alone. Flexibility with hours and destinations is essential because the family’s plans can change quickly. The clinician must be ready to start within six weeks, live in, and travel freely with the family. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians, while the employment contract is directly between the family and the clinician. The family’s office and advisers handle local arrangements, including visas, licensed entities and coordination with local clinics. The salary starts at £60,000 gross per year and depends on experience. Flights and travel, accommodation, medical insurance and travel visas are paid for by the family. Professional indemnity insurance is not included. Free time and days off are arranged around the family’s schedule, and annual leave is provided. Clinicians are advised to consult their own tax adviser about the tax treatment of their income.
