About The Position

Help athletes and active individuals get back to doing what they love with us at KORT Physical Therapy! We’re seeking a passionate Sports Physical Therapist to join our team and provide exceptional care to athletes and active patients of all ages and skill levels. In this role, you'll evaluate and treat sports-related injuries, develop personalized rehabilitation and return-to-sport programs, and help patients improve performance while preventing future injuries.

Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
Outpatient Sports Physical Therapy Experience in the last 5 years if a practicing clinician
Outpatient Sports Specialty Clinical Rotation if a current student
Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
CPR certification

Nice To Haves

SCS certification or OCS certification

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
