About The Position
The Allen Agency is seeking individuals interested in a flexible remote opportunity helping families explore life insurance and mortgage protection options. No prior insurance experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and support through the licensing process. Many of our agents didn't come from insurance. They came from athletics, coaching, leadership roles, and other competitive environments where performance mattered more than titles and effort mattered more than experience.
