About The Position

HCRC Staffing is seeking a full-time Sports Medicine Physician to join its growing medical team at offices in Lorton and Fredericksburg, Virginia, in the greater Alexandria/Washington, DC area. The physician will work in a modern, integrated, multidisciplinary practice alongside physical therapy, pain management, and rehabilitation specialists. The practice offers an established patient base and a team-based care model, allowing physicians to focus on patient care rather than practice management. The position offers a base salary of $225,000–$250,000 plus productivity bonus potential. The practice is dedicated to relieving pain, restoring function, and renewing patients’ quality of life through comprehensive and compassionate treatment. Applicants must have completed a Sports Medicine fellowship following an accredited residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R).

Requirements

MD or DO degree.
Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or PM&R.
Completion of a Sports Medicine fellowship.
Active Virginia medical license and DEA registration.
Strong procedural and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries.
Perform in-office procedures, including joint injections, ultrasound-guided procedures, PRP, and trigger point procedures.
Create rehabilitation-focused, non-surgical treatment plans.
Collaborate with physical therapy, pain management, and other specialists.
Maintain efficient EHR documentation.
