About the role Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is seeking enthusiastic Sports Instructors to lead Volleyball skills training in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment in Bentonville, AR. This is a great opportunity to help participants build confidence, develop their skills, and enjoy the game of volleyball.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Adult and pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, National Safety Council, and American Safety & Health Institute.
One (1) or more years sports teaching experience with children and/or adults.
Professional appearance and attitude.

Nice To Haves

Responsible for sports instruction in soccer, basketball, volleyball, etc. to both children and adults.

Responsibilities

Provide high quality individual/group sports lessons to children and/or adults of varying abilities.
Setup/breakdown of area before/after lessons.
Assist in the promotion of sporting events and helping to answer member questions about classes, leagues, tournaments, etc.
Perform other duties as needed/assigned.
Ensure students/players adhere to safety guidelines and demonstrate good sportsmanship.
