About The Position

We are seeking a passionate and organized Sports Coordinator to help coach, lead and oversee multiple programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both youth and adults, thrives in a team environment, and is committed to creating a positive, well-structured sports experience for all participants at Shepherd Sports. The Ideal Candidate Is an energetic leader who can confidently coach, organize, and communicate across a wide range of programs Equally comfortable leading on the field or court and managing logistics behind the scenes This person values teamwork, maintains strong relationships with staff and volunteers, and demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism A heart for mentorship and the ability to lead group devotionals Willing to work a flexible schedule that involves evenings and weekend hours on a regular basis Is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding program standards while fostering a fun, safe, and encouraging environment.

Requirements

Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide coaches, volunteers, and participants.
Strong computer and organizational skills including managing schedules, rosters, stats, and standings.
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
