About The Position

Success Academy is a growing network of public charter schools in New York and Florida, committed to providing children with a fun, rigorous, whole-child education. Athletics are considered essential, serving as critical outlets for students to explore passions in basketball, soccer, track & field, and volleyball. Sports coaches are expected to be masters of their craft, sharing their passion, talent, and experience. The organization is seeking results-driven Elementary, Middle, and High School Sports Coaches.

Requirements

Experience coaching youth and/or collegiate teams.
Able to manage both administrative and coaching aspects of the position in a timely and organized manner.
Able to develop/teach concepts such as teamwork, healthy lifestyles, sportsmanship.
Possess a demonstrated track record of propelling students’ understanding and love of sport.
Have an advanced understanding and are educated in one or more of the following sports: Soccer, Basketball, Track & Field.
Ability to become part of the school community and build relationships with key stakeholders and all constituents.

Nice To Haves

Have experience coaching futsal.
Experience working with K-4 grades in a school setting.
Have a drive to ensure that joyful, rigorous instruction is delivered to every scholar, every day.
