About The Position
Giants Baseball & Softball Camps is looking for a Sports Camp Director in Orinda to manage our Wagner Ranch Elementary location, in addition to other locations. This role combines operations management, leadership development, and youth mentorship.
Requirements
- Proven camp or youth sports leadership
- Experience mentoring staff
- Strong conflict-resolution ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Supervise coaching staff and assign daily roles
- Execute skill stations and drills per Giants Camp curriculum
- Maintain a secure and organized environment
- Address parent concerns with professionalism
- Lead by example and uphold Giants Camp standards
