About The Position
The YMCA is looking for energetic, reliable Sports Assistants to support our sports programs! As a Sports Assistant, you'll play a key role in bringing the YMCA mission to life through positive youth experiences. This role involves supervising practices and games with enthusiasm and safety, sharing basic sports knowledge, encouraging every participant, building strong relationships with children and families, and supporting the Sports Director and Coordinator in maintaining equipment and fields.
