Part Time - Sport Camps Registration Clerk
About The Position
This is a part-time position available from June to August, with varying hours based on need. Flexible hours are a must. The applicant will be responsible for checking in campers, handing out camp shirts, collecting camp forms, and occasionally answering questions from parents and campers. The role requires the ability to interpret forms and lists, and to interact politely and positively with customers. Setting up and tearing down registration sites may also be required. This position involves interacting with the public and requires appropriate dress. Successful candidates must complete required clearances and annual compliance and mandated reporter trainings. Applicants must be 18+ to be considered.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Ability to interpret forms and lists
- Ability to engage politely and positively with customers
- Appropriate dress is required
- Flexible hours are a must
- Must complete required clearances: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check
- Must complete Annual Compliance and Mandated Reporter trainings
