About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sponsorship Fulfillment Intern to support our team in delivering on sponsor agreements and ensuring a high-quality partner experience. This role will assist in coordinating sponsorship assets, tracking deliverables, and supporting the execution of sponsor-related initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and interested in marketing partnerships, events, or sports/entertainment operations. We are seeking 2-3 opportunities

Responsibilities
- Assist in executing sponsorship agreements by tracking and fulfilling contractual deliverables
- Help coordinate sponsor assets, including signage, digital placements, and promotional materials
- Support the organization and maintenance of sponsorship fulfillment trackers and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, events, operations) to ensure sponsor commitments are met
- Assist with on-site event preparation and execution related to sponsor activations
- Help gather proof-of-performance (photos, screenshots, reports) for sponsors
- Support communication with internal stakeholders regarding sponsorship timelines and needs
- Assist in preparing recap reports and summaries for sponsors
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all sponsorship-related materials
