About The Position

Driven, highly motivated self starter salesperson, responsible for securing new business meetings, developing and managing sponsorship relationships and generating revenue through sponsorship sales.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for sports.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, andsolicitnew sponsorship opportunitiesvia phone,email, social media and in person events.
• Develop andmaintainstrong relationships with current and prospective sponsors.
• Consistently high volume of outreach to prospective clients.
• Create and deliver compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations.
• Work with senior staff to negotiate sponsorship agreements and ensure fulfillment of all contract elements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship deliverables.
• Assist with game day operations as needed, including pulling the tarp during inclement weather.
• Ensure sponsor activations and in-game promotions are executed flawlessly.
• Serve as a point of contact for sponsors on game days, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
• Maintainaccuraterecords of all sales activities, sponsorship agreements, and fulfillment obligations.
• Prepare regular reports on sponsorship salesand outbound communicationperformance.
• Attend team and community events to build andmaintainrelationships.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to maximize sponsorship opportunitiesand present tointernalteam.
