The SPOC Coordinator develops and interprets material flow control system reports to maintain the system and identify improvement opportunities. This role collaborates with management to determine appropriate changes for continuous improvement, monitors the color-coded display closely, and corrects logic errors in the material flow control system. The coordinator processes or handles product on the material handling system according to procedures, monitors the color-coded display to identify errors, and immediately directs appropriate manufacturing resources to address them. This position clearly communicates progress and information to multiple levels of management, determines and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities, and works with management to implement approved changes. The role requires adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback, and complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
