Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience developing alerting and application dashboards using Splunk as well as utilizing APM tools such as Dynatrace
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience with implementation of synthetic and business process monitoring tools such as SiteScope, Glassbox, and/or Catchpoint.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with agile methodology
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with Splunk Architect
  • Associate Degree
  • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Develop alerting and application dashboards using Splunk as well as utilizing APM tools such as Dynatrace
  • Implement synthetic and business process monitoring tools such as SiteScope, Glassbox, Catchpoint.
  • Utilize ticketing systems like Remedy or ServiceNow
  • Work with Windows and Linux Systems
  • Utilize AGILE toolsets (JIRA, BitBucket, Confluence) and AGILE methodology
  • Shell scripting and Linux/Windows system administration
  • Debugging and analysis
  • Communicate and drive vendors, system admins and others to deliver solutions together
