Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience developing alerting and application dashboards using Splunk as well as utilizing APM tools such as Dynatrace
- A minimum of 4 years of experience with implementation of synthetic and business process monitoring tools such as SiteScope, Glassbox, and/or Catchpoint.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with agile methodology
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with Splunk Architect
- Associate Degree

Responsibilities
- Develop alerting and application dashboards using Splunk as well as utilizing APM tools such as Dynatrace
- Implement synthetic and business process monitoring tools such as SiteScope, Glassbox, Catchpoint.
- Utilize ticketing systems like Remedy or ServiceNow
- Work with Windows and Linux Systems
- Utilize AGILE toolsets (JIRA, BitBucket, Confluence) and AGILE methodology
- Shell scripting and Linux/Windows system administration
- Debugging and analysis
- Communicate and drive vendors, system admins and others to deliver solutions together
