About The Position

The Splicer plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by ensuring the seamless joining of materials to maintain continuous production flow. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with splicing or material handling.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate splicing machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude are essential for accurately performing splices and operating splicing machinery on a daily basis.
• Attention to detail ensures that each splice meets quality standards, preventing production delays and product defects.
• Communication skills facilitate effective collaboration with team members to quickly resolve issues and implement improvements.

Responsibilities
