The Spirits Specialist will be responsible for achieving or exceeding annual sales budget targets for designated supplier partners through effective planning and execution. This role involves leading the strategy and execution of new product launches, organizing and facilitating annual business planning meetings, monitoring progress toward business planning goals, and developing and managing annual budgets. The specialist will also conduct independent sales calls to secure new distribution opportunities and monitor key account programming. Additionally, this position supports the training and development of sales and management team members.
