About The Position
VB Spine is seeking a motivated Spine Sales Associate to support surgical teams by prepping and managing spinal instrumentation and implants. This role involves learning spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques through structured training and real-world exposure. The associate will manage logistics and surgical inventory across hospital accounts, ensuring successful surgical case coverage by staying sharp, responsive, and detail-oriented. The position requires close collaboration with surgeons, hospital staff, and the team to deliver outstanding service, representing VB Spine with professionalism, urgency, and integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree OR Associate’s degree/medical certification + 2 years of work experience
- High school diploma + 4 years of relevant work experience
- 4+ years of military service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to learn quickly, work hard, and grow within a team
- Composure in high-pressure, clinical settings
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Maintain flexibility for an on-call schedule
