Spin Instructor - Group Exercise

About The Position
The YMCA is seeking a certified Spin Instructor to lead group exercise classes and connect with members in ways that support wellness and healthier lifestyles. The instructor will deliver effective, safe classes for participants of all abilities, adapt classes to the members attending, and may substitute for other instructors. This is a part-time, hourly position in Doylestown, paying $23.00–$25.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Spin Instructor Certification.
- Be a team player with a commanding, positive presence and a passion for connecting with members, supporting wellness, and building relationships.
- Ability to adapt classes and teaching style to the members in attendance.
Responsibilities
- Find new and engaging ways to connect with members during class.
- Instruct effective and safe classes for all abilities in the gym.
- Be willing and able to substitute for fellow instructors.
- Wear YMCA gear with pride and act as an advocate for the YMCA.
