About The Position

The Sphere Technology Operations Graduate Student Associate Program is designed to provide real, valuable opportunities for graduate students to learn, grow, and explore Sphere. Participants will gain applicable experience, work with employees to understand the business, and benefit from additional learning and development opportunities including an executive speaker series, mentorship program, career development workshops, and social events.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work 21-35 hours/week (3 - 5 business days) in-person.
  • Must be available to work part-time or full-time from October 2026 - April 2027.
  • Must be enrolled as a graduate student for Fall 2026.
  • Must have a GPA of 3.2 or above.
  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.
  • This is an in-office position located in Burbank, CA
