About The Position

Caring is at the heart of everything we do! Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center is located in Breckenridge, Colorado - the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Nestled between the mountain and Main Street just a few steps away from the ski slopes in the winter and the hiking trails in the summer. With 40,000 square feet of conference and meeting spaces, Beaver Run is the largest conference center in Breckenridge. We are passionate about providing exceptional guest and employee experiences. The server will educate guests on our seasonal food and cocktail menus as well as daily specials from the kitchen or bar. Servers will set up the dining room and maintain a clean, presentable restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for good food and drink; provide professional and courteous service; maintain a positive attitude and be adaptable/flexible to changing conditions; and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment. Full time seasonal position

Requirements

Proficiency in written and spoken English - required

Nice To Haves

1+ years full-service serving experience, preferrable in fine/fine-casual dining - preferred
1+ years customer service or Front-of-House restaurant experience - preferred
Familiarity with Micros and NCR - preferred

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service and ensure all needs are met
Learn menus and be able to upsell food, wine, and cocktails, including daily specials
Assist in the setup of the dining room
Ensure cleanliness and presentability of the facilities
Additional service tasks as needed
