About The Position

Hopewell Center is seeking licensed Speech Therapists to provide early intervention services to children (birth–3) through Indiana’s First Steps Early Intervention program. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, offering flexibility and professional autonomy. Contractors manage their own schedules and caseloads while partnering with Hopewell to deliver high-quality, family-centered therapy services in home and community-based settings. As a contracted provider, you will maintain your own licensure, professional liability insurance, and tax responsibilities. In return, Hopewell provides referral support, administrative coordination, and collaboration within a mission-driven organization committed to empowering children and families.

Requirements

Must have a clear criminal history background.
Ability to effectively communicate.
Valid driver's license.
Required degree and certification in the field of Speech Therapy, including Indiana State license for Speech Therapy.

Responsibilities

Implements individual program plans.
Provides speech therapy to assist child and family in meeting outcomes and objectives.
Completes a variety of required paperwork.
Must provide services in client home or community setting.
Ability to complete required paperwork timely.
Ability to maintain records of client activities and progress.
