Responsible for the delivery of treatment and evaluation services to children ranging in ages from 0-21 years, as well as other job-related department responsibilities. This position is Per Diem, with hours and schedule based on the needs of the Clinic. The role involves providing therapeutic feeding services, supervising graduate students or CFY candidates, conducting various assessments (Speech Language evaluations, re-evaluations, oromotor feeding assessments), and performing annual hearing screenings. The Speech Therapist will also develop and review patient care plans, participate in clinical quality assurance initiatives, provide patient education, and complete all required reporting activities according to regulatory and departmental standards. Compliance with ESCR policies and procedures regarding quality assurance, safety, infection control, confidentiality, customer service, attendance, and professional conduct is expected. Participation in departmental in-services and staff development activities is also required.
